***RECENT CAR BREAK INS BARKHAMSTED*** Troop B Reminder to all Residents
In the past few weeks Troop B has seen a significant increase of items stolen from within unlocked vehicles and the theft of vehicles in the towns of Granby, Hartland, New Hartford, and Barkhamsted.
Troop B reminds all residents to please ensure they do not leave the keys or key fobs inside vehicles when they are parked, remove any valuables from vehicles when they are unattended, do not leave firearms inside your vehicle and lock your vehicles, especially when leaving them overnight, even at your residence.
If anyone observes a suspicious vehicle or persons in/around vehicles and/or in their neighborhoods, please immediately contact Troop B at (860) 626-1820 and provide a description of the persons and vehicles.
