Town Office Closures:
The lower-level offices at Town Hall will be tentatively closed from May 7 through May 13, 2026 while new flooring is installed. Thank you for your patience as we make these much-needed improvements!
· Tax Office - NO tax payments will be accepted or processed during the closing. Since we will not have access to DMV, if you plan on registering or reregistering anything and are blocked at DMV, please plan accordingly.
· Assessor’s Office - If you have any documents that are due to the Assessor’s Office, in person, please submit them before or after the closure. The due dates are not affected by this closing. (Elderly Benefits applications that have not yet been submitted, must be delivered in person and are due no later than May 15th.
· Town Clerk’s Office - Please keep in mind that due to the closure of the lower-level town hall, the office of the town clerk will not be available to accept any land recordings, issue marriage or dog licenses or be open for any in-person title searching.
· Please Note – The upstairs offices will NOT be accepting any payments or recordings – customers need to wait until the offices are open once again.
